Amenhauser played in 29 games with Oregon State last season.
LONG BEACH, Calif. – Long Beach State Men's Basketball has announced the commitment of Noah Amenhauser, a veteran Division I center who is one of the tallest players ever to play for the Beach at 7-2.
Noah Amenhauser | Center | 7-2, 270 | Goodyear, Ariz.
Amenhauser has three years of Division I experience, most recently playing with Oregon State. Over 29 games for the Beavers, Amenhauser averaged 5.1 points per game on 57.7 percent shooting. His initial move to the West Coast came after a strong season with Coastal Carolina, where he started 30 games for the Chanticleers, averaging 10.8 points and 6.0 rebounds per game as a sophomore. He spent his first season in collegiate basketball with an NCAA Tournament team in Grand Canyon in 2023-24.
Acker on Amenhauser:
"Noah Amenhauser brings size, presence, and proven Division I production to our frontcourt, and we're excited about the impact he will have on our program. At his size, he gives us a true interior anchor who can finish around the rim, rebound at a high level, and protect the paint defensively. Noah has competed against strong competition and understands what it takes to play winning basketball, bringing both physicality and toughness every time he steps on the floor. Beyond his ability to score and rebound, he has a feel for the game that allows him to make the right plays and elevate those around him. We're thrilled to add Noah to the group we've put together and look forward to the presence, consistency, and edge he brings to the Beach."
Amenhauser is the third Division I transfer to commit to LBSU for the 2026-27 season, joining Kaleb Smith from GCU and Jack Payne from Idaho.
