The nomination process for the 2026 Long Beach State Athletics Hall of Fame has begun! We will be accepting public nominations until July 18 for the Class of 2025, and then keeping this form available for nominations submitted for consideration in the Class of 2027.
Nominees should come from the following categories:
- Athletes – Distinguished LBSU Career
Athletes who distinguished themselves while attending Long Beach State University. Athletes shall not be considered until five years have passed from the exhaustion of their eligibility or their leaving Long Beach State.
- Athletes – Distinguished Career after LBSU
Athletes who attended Long Beach State University and distinguished themselves in activities outside university participation. Athletes shall not be considered until five years have passed from the exhaustion of their eligibility or their leaving Long Beach State.
Coaches who have reached 20 years of service or have retired at retirement age become eligible without waiting five years.
- Administrators and/or Trainers
Administrators or trainers who have reached 20 years of service or have retired at retirement age become eligible without waiting five years.
Individuals who have made a sustained, dedicated impact through their direct actions with Long Beach State Athletics.
