Ticket Donation Requests

Thank you for your interest in tickets to an event with Long Beach State Athletics! The LBSU Athletic Department receives a high volume of donation requests from various organizations each year and makes every attempt to fulfill as many requests as possible. The following guidelines help to ensure donations are given in accordance with NCAA regulations and departmental guidelines.

Organization Criteria:

An organization will only be considered if it meets the following criteria:
  • Non-profit 501(c)(3), charitable, and/or educational organization
  • Pursuant to NCAA regulations, no donations are allowed to any entity that benefits a high school, high school aged students, or affiliates of any high school aged students.

Donation Guidelines for Tickets to a Game:

Requests must be received at least one week prior to the date of the game requesting.

Donation Guidelines for Organization Events/Raffle or Auction Items:

Request must be received at least four weeks prior to the date of your event to be considered and must have a flyer included for the event.
