THIS WEEK
Tori Plummer represents Long Beach State in the Bryan Clay Multi this week. The heptathlon begins on Thursday with the 100m hurdles at 11 a.m. The competition wraps up on Friday, starting with the long jump at 12:30 p.m.

The Bryan Clay multi is Plummer's third career start in the heptathlon. A University of New Mexico transfer, this is Plummer's first heptathlon since 2023, when she scored a career-best 4,498 points in a seventh-place showing at the Texas State Bobcat Invitational. Plummer won the high jump with a career-best 5-9 1/4 last Friday at the Battle at the Beach. She also reset her career-best in the 100m hurdles last Friday, running 14.77.

INDIVIDUAL RANKINGS
On the current NCAA Division I Outdoor Qualifying List, Kyle Jankans is second in the high jump (7-3) while Ryan Gregory is fifth in the decathlon (7,557).

On the current NCAA Division I Outdoor Qualifying List, Rahni Turner is 25th in the 100m hurdles (13.30). Sofia Lavreshina is 25th in the 400m hurdles (58.13) and 30th in the 400m (53.06).

TEAM RANKINGS
In this week's USTFCCAA TFRI Outdoor Checkpoint, the Long Beach State men are ranked 29th in the National TFRI Team Summary. In the West Regional TFRI, LBSU is ranked third. In the conference TFRI Team Summary, the Beach is third. In the Event Squad Summary, Long Beach State is ranked fourth in the high jump, sixth in the triple jump, and 10th in the hammer throw.

On the women's side, LBSU is ranked 121st in the National TFRI Team Summary. In the West Regional TFRI, LBSU is ranked 10th. In the conference TFRI Team Summary, the Beach is second. In the Event Squad Summary, Long Beach State is ranked sixth in the high jump and eighth in the 100m hurdles.

THE LAST TIME OUT
