Long Beach State concludes a four-game road trip at CSUN this weekend. Due to a poor Saturday forecast, the weekend's schedule has changed.
On Friday, the team will play a doubleheader beginning at 11 a.m. Game two will begin 40 minutes after the conclusion of the opener.
Sunday's game remains a 1 p.m. start.
ESPN+ will stream game two on Friday and Sunday's game. CSUN will provide audio coverage for game one on Friday. Live stats can be found at LongBeachState.com.

SCOUTING THE MATADORS
CSUN is 17-13 after dropping a 12-4 decision to California Baptist on Tuesday night. The Matadors are 6-3 in Big West play.
Kevin Fitzer is second in the Big West in hitting at .412. A two-time conference Offensive Player of the Week this season, Fitzer leads the league in triples (3) and slugging percentage (.852). He is second in the Big West in home runs (9), RBI (35), doubles (12) and on-base percentage (.520).
Teammate Jakob Simons leads the conference in home runs (10).Â
The Matadors have not named a probable starting rotation for the weekend; however, Thomas Bainton and Ryan Halamicek are two likely candidates.
Bainton is 2-1 with a 3.64 ERA in eight starters in 2024. He has struck out 43 in a team-best 42 innings. Halamicek is 3-2 with a 5.50 ERA. He has struck out 15 in 34.1 innings.
Joshua Romero has moved to seventh in Division I in victories with six (6-2) out of the bullpen. He has posted a 1.61 ERA and a team-high four saves.
AGAINST THE OPPONENT
Long Beach State and CSUN are playing for the 160th, 161st, and 162nd times, with the Dirtbags leading the all-time series 86-72-1. The Matadors won two out of three last season in Long Beach.
