LONG BEACH, Calif.—The Long Beach State men's and women's track and field teams competed in two places on Saturday. The Beach split the team between USC's Ron & Sharlene Allice Trojan Invitational and the San Diego State's 45th Aztec Invitational.

THE MEN AT USC
Elijah Harris won the long jump with a leap of 23-4 for the top Long Beach State men's placing.

THE MEN AT SAN DIEGO STATE
The 4x100m relay of Naythn Scruggs, Tristyn Flores, Malik Harness, and Omri Shiff recorded the top Long Beach State finish, placing fourth in a season-best time of 40.69.

Patrick Henderson, 7th, 400m, 48.23
Tristyn Flores, 8th. 100m, 10.83

THE WOMEN AT SAN DIEGO STATE
Sofia Lavreshina recorded the top individual performance for the Beach, finishing sixth in the 400m with a time of 1:00.85.

Long Beach State returns to action next Friday and Saturday when the Beach competes in the Stanford Invitational and the Mike Fanelli Track Classic. FloTrack will stream both Meets for a fee.
