FULLERTON, Calif. – Long Beach State Women's Tennis collected their third conference victory of the year against rival Cal State Fullerton at the Titan Courts Friday afternoon, 4-2. The team displayed resilient energy behind some comeback efforts in doubles and singles action.
"I was so proud of our fight today on every court, said LBSU Head Coach Jenny Hilt-Costello. "A strong conference road win for us!"
Long Beach State (6-8, 2-2 Big West) took the doubles point to kick off the match. Sheena Masuda and Justine Dondonay captured the first victory by beating Natalie Duffy and Mariia Nikitash 6-2 on court one.
