Long Beach State Men's Water Polo Team Has 16 Members Earn All-GCC Academic Honors

The Beach has program record of student-athletes earn academic honors.
LONG BEACH, Calif. — The Golden Coast Conference announced its Men's All-Academic Team on Monday, and the Long Beach State men's water polo team had 16 student-athletes that earned the honor, a record number for the program.
The GCC All-Academic Team is designed to recognize student-athletes who have a 3.0 GPA or better. The team announced Monday featured all players who met that qualification and have completed at least one full-time term at their institution.
The 16 members of the team that were recognized were sophomore Andrej Bosanac, junior Drake Charamuga, freshman Dishan Dias, sophomore Cole Dixon, freshman Ethan Dyas, freshman Frank Hulick, sophomore Jose Loubriel, freshman Luke Malecka, freshman Raul Morales, junior Matt Morris, freshman Joe Palmblade, junior Theodoros Pateros, freshman Santiago Riley, freshman Abdelrahman Soliman, sophomore Rafael Real Vergara and junior Garrett Zaan.
