Ten Men’s Water Polo Student-Athletes Named ACWPC Men’s All-Academic

For the second year in a row, Long Beach State has ten players recognized.

LONG BEACH, Calif. – The Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches (ACWPC) announced this Wednesday the list of student-athletes named Men's All-Academic in the 2025 season, recognizing their efforts in the pool and the classroom, with Long Beach State placing ten players on the list. Out of 45 schools, the Beach was also named to the Team GPA list.

The 2025 list recognized over 500 student-athletes who maintained high academic standards while excelling in their sport. These students maintained at least a 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.

Konstantinos Kapragkos and Toring Stanley were named to the Outstanding list for maintaining a 3.71-4.00 GPA for the 2025 season, the highest honors awarded.

Artur Diaz, Harper Stewart, Itai Roth, Joe Jenness, and Michael Soybel were all named to the Superior list for their achievements in the classroom, maintaining a 3.41-3.70 GPA.

Ash Keshvara, Jason O'Donnell, and Sergi Ramon were named to the Excellent list for maintaining a 3.20-3.40 GPA for the season.

Long Beach State was named to the Team GPA list for achieving a 3.11 GPA during the 2025 season. The Beach was one of 45 colleges and universities named to the list.
