Long Beach State women’s golf is headed to Nevada for the three-day Las Vegas Collegiate showdown, hosted by UNLV in Boulder City, Nev. beginning Sunday afternoon.

Beach women's golf is back in action starting this Sunday in Nevada for the 2018 Las Vegas Collegiate Showdown, hosted by UNLV. It will be LBSU's first three-day tournament of the season, running Sunday-Tuesday at the par-72 Boulder Creek Golf Club in Boulder City, Nev.

The field features 17 teams from across the country, with the host Rebels welcoming Augusta University, Colorado State, Fresno State, Idaho, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, Northern Arizona, Oral Roberts, Oregon State, Portland State, San Francisco, Tulsa, UC Irvine and UC Riverside.

Long Beach State's lineup for the tournament will feature junior Euna Pak, junior Holland Shourds, senior Cara Barker, junior Maria Davis, and senior Haley Tygret, with the four lowest scores from that group going towards Long Beach's team score each round. Freshman Hannah Ko will be competing as an individual at the event.

Round one begins Sunday at Noon PT with a shotgun start, followed by 8 a.m. tee times both Monday and Tuesday. Live scoring will be available on GolfStat.com.
