Matheson, Snyder and Parks earn All-Big West honors

2012 Women's Water Polo All-Big West Teams 
Junior Melissa Matheson, sophomore Coriann Snyder, and sophomore Chelsea Parks were named to the 2012 Women's Water Polo All-Conference team, announced Friday by the conference office.
Both Matheson and Snyder were named to the second-team. Matheson garnered honors for the second time after leading the 49ers with 43 goals in 2012. The junior 2-meter was an honorable mention selection following the 2011 campaign. Snyder was tied for second on the team with 39 goals on the season.
Parks earned a selection as an honorable mention after tying with Snyder with 39 goals on the year. Long Beach State finished the 2012 season with a 9-3 victory over Pacific, improving to 12-17 on the season.
