49ers Cruise by Pacific 10-2
Marina Canetti and Christina Wensman scored two goals a piece as the 49ers unloaded its bench throughout the game as LBSU built a 7-2 by halftime. Kim Hayes made nine saves in net for the 49ers. "It was a good game. We played the way I hoped we would play," said Head Coach Ken Lindgren. "We were able to play everyone for at least half the game and were able to rest some people for tomorrow." The 49ers close out their final regular season roadtrip at No. 6-ranked California on Sunday at noon.
