49ers Sign Florida Prep Star

LONG BEACH, CA-- Long Beach State Head Men's Water Polo Coach Rick Azevedo announced today the signing of Reid Tomassi to a National-Letter-of-Intent. Tomassi hails from Winter Park, FL and prepped at Winter Park High School.

Tomassi, a left-hander who stands 6-7, is a member of the United States Youth National Team in water polo. He is a high school All-American in three sports, water polo, swimming and volleyball. Tomassi is considered by many as the best player on the East Coast this year.
