2011 (Sophomore)
Outdoor: Qualified for all four throwing events at the Big West Championships ... At the Big West Championships, he finished fourth in the javelin (164-1), fifth in the shot put (47-11 3/4), seventh in the discus (143-6), and ninth in the hammer throw (151-2) ... Posted season-bests in the discus (152-9) and in the shot (49-9 3/4) at the Aztec Invitational ... Season-bests in the hammer (152-6) and in the javelin (185-5) came at the Ben Brown Invitational.
Indoor: Did not compete.
2010 (Freshman):Â A Big West qualifier in the shot put, discus and javelin ... Finished sixth in the javelin with a personal-record 173-9 ... Established a season-best 48-4 3/4 in the shot put at the conference championships.
Indoor: Did not compete.
High School: Three-year letter winner in track and field at Ventura High School ... Led the Cougars to three consecutive Channel League titles ... Garnered All-League honors ... A two-time Ventura County champion ... Was also a CIF Division I runner-up ... Established a school record in the shot put at 55-5 ... Also notched a prep-best 183-0 in the discus ...
