High School: Won four letters in track and field at Notre Dame High School ... Advanced to the CIF Central Coast Section Championships in the 800m each year ... Finished third in the prelims and went on to place eighth in the finals as a junior ... Earned runner-up honors in the 800m and took fourth in the 1600m at the 2014 Monterey Bay League finals ... Established a school-record 2:15 in the 800m ... Also lettered in cross country and soccer ... Three-time team MVP and two-time team captain in cross country ... Won the Salinas City Championship and finished fifth at the CCS Division V Championships.
