Phi shot the low round of the tournament for Women’s Golf Tuesday, a -3 69.

UNIVERSITY PLACE, Wash. – Junior transfer Kylie Phi had the low round of the day for the Beach at the Leadership and Golf Invitational, closing the final day with a three-under 69 while senior Erin Lee wrapped up her eighth career Top 20 finish from Chambers Bay Golf Course.

Final Results

Phi made three straight birdies to be -3 after five holes, and closed out her round there with a 69, the lowest round of the young season for Long Beach State, and Erin Lee finished out a strong tournament tied for 15th overall after a 76 on the final day, finishing the tournament +3.

Emma Kang had her best round of the tournament, a one-over 73 and Alyson Sor finished the tournament with a 76 to place third overall among the LBSU lineup in Washington. Chloe Park had the day's drop score.

Long Beach State climbed one spot in the final standings, sharing 10th place with Arkansas-Little Rock in the 17-team field.

The Beach will remain on the road with a quick turnaround, taking part in the Rudolph Championship which will begin on Friday, September 18 from Tennessee, hosted by Vanderbilt.
