FORT COLLINS, Colo. – Junior Jasmine Leovao picked up six spots on the leaderboard in Tuesday's final round at the Ptarmigan Ram Classic, rising to tie for ninth place overall with a final day 70 to highlight Long Beach State's effort in Colorado.

Leovao's two-under par was her second straight round under par, finishing 4-under for the tournament.

                The team as a whole held even in seventh place overall. Sophomore Andee Avery was second on the team Tuesday with a one-over par 73, while Janae Leovao was one stroke back of Avery with a 74. Janae finished the tournament tied for 25th place at two-over par, while Avery was tied for 28th at four-over par.

                Hannah Jugar finished off her first tournament as part of the lineup with a 77, placing 44th overall as the graduate transfer had three birdies on the day. Madison Le, who opened the day in 30th place was forced to withdraw due to injury.

                Long Beach State Women's Golf will take a quick break, and then close out the fall with their final tournament of 2024, taking part in the Marilyn Smith Sunflower Invitational hosted by Kansas on October 7-8.
