Jasmine Leovao leads Long Beach State in 15th place overall.
FORT COLLINS, Colo. – Juniors Jasmine and Janae Leovao lead Long Beach State after two rounds at the Ptarmigan Ram Classic as the Beach sits in seventh place overall.
Jasmine Leovao had the low round for the Beach on the day, a 3-under par 69 in the second round after a first round 73 and finished the day at 2-under par, 15th overall after 36 holes. Janae Leovao was also under par in the second round with a 2-under 70, pulling back to even for the tournament after a first round 74.
Junior Madison Le ended the day in 30th after back-to-back rounds of 73, while Andee Avery was one stroke back at 3-over par for the day with a first round 73 and a second-round 74. Graduate transfer Hannah Jugar had her first day as part of the lineup, and in her second tournament with the team carded rounds of 76 and 77.
