Men’s Golf Announces 2024-25 Schedule

Long Beach State is aiming to return to the NCAA postseason for the third consecutive season.
LONG BEACH, Calif. – Long Beach State Men's Golf Head Coach Rob Murray has announced the upcoming schedule for the 2024-25 season, as the two-time Big West Coach of the Year looks to return a veteran squad to the NCAA postseason for the third consecutive season.
The Beach will open the season at September 17 at the Ram Masters Invitational hosted by Colorado State in Fort Collins, Colo., before returning to the William Tucker Intercollegiate hosted by New Mexico and the Badger Invitational in Wisconsin in a busy month of September. Long Beach State will then close out the fall up the Central Coast, taking part in the 2024 Cal Poly Invitational at The Preserve in Carmel Valley.
In the spring, Long Beach State will start the year by returning to the John Burns Intercollegiate which will once again be contested at the Hokuala Ocean Course from Kauai and hosted by Hawai'i from February 13 to 15. Also in February, the Beach will play in the Lake Las Vegas Intercollegiate.
In March, Long Beach State will travel to Tucson, Ariz. to take part in the Wildcat Intercollegiate, before once again taking part in The Goodwin, a massive tournament hosted by Stanford from March 27-29 that last season featured over 30 times. The Beach will then close out March by taking part in the Wyoming Cowboy Classic in Phoenix.
La Quinta Country Club will once again play host to the Big West Championship as Long Beach State aims at their fourth title in the last five years. That tournament will be held from April 27 to April 29, leading into the NCAA Regionals in May as well as the NCAA Championships that are again returning to the Omni La Costa Resort & Spa to close out the month of May.
