Distance Runners Head to Seattle for UW Invitational Long Beach State will send three of their distance runners to the University of Washington for the second meet of the indoor season.

LONG BEACH, Calif. – The Long Beach State track and field team is back in action for their second meet of the indoor season at the University of Washington. A trio of distance runners will compete at the UW Invitational on Friday and Saturday.

Ryley Fick will compete in two events over the two days, beginning with the Women's 5,000m on Friday at 3:40 p.m. Her second event will be the Women's Mile at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. Joining her in Seattle will be Alex Kalmar (Men's Mile, 1 p.m.) and Anitha Graves (Women's 800m, 1:50 p.m.).

Fick's personal best in the Mile (4:53.80) ranks third fastest all-time while Graves' best in the 800m is the sixth fastest in program history.

General admission is $10, but is free for those 12 and under. Payment is card only.
