Women’s Golf Completes Second Day Of Competition At Couer D’Alene Resort Invitational

Sophomore Chloe Carraway had the low round of the day for LBSU while Hannah Ko still leads the Beach.
COUER D'ALENE, Idaho – Long Beach State finished off the second round of the 2021-22 season at the Couer D'Alene Resort Invitational with sophomore Chloe Carraway recording the low round of the day for the Beach.
Carraway birdied two of her three final holes on the day to finish with a four-over 75, moving into a tie for 38th overall. Fellow sophomore Hannah Ko continued to lead the team, shooting a 76 after her first round 73 to sit in a tie for 21st overall among the 93 competitors.
Vanessa Richani maintained her standing with a second straight 77 on Monday, sitting third among the LBSU contingent. Hunter Pate rebounded with a 78 on the second day of competition to close out the scoring for the Beach.
In the team competition, the Beach finished the day in 12th place overall, one stroke behind Florida International in 11th place in the 17-team field.
