Cross Country Announces 2021 Schedule

The Cross Country team will compete in five meets leading up to the conference championships.
LONG BEACH, Calif. – Cross Country head coach Shawn Winget announced the 2021 schedule on Thursday. The team will compete in five meets leading up to the conference championships in October.
The 2021 campaign begins on Wednesday, Sep. 1 at UC Irvine followed by the UC Riverside Invitational on Sep. 18.
Arguably the biggest event on the slate is a trip to Fayetteville for the Chile Pepper Festival hosted by reigning SEC champion Arkansas. The meet will take place Saturday, Oct. 2.
The Beach will compete at UCR and Cal State Fullerton in consecutive weeks leading up to the Big West Championships. This year's conference championships will be hosted by UC Davis on Oct. 29.
The NCAA West Regionals are set for Nov. 12 in Sacramento with the NCAA Championships on Nov. 20 in Tallahassee, Fla.
