Women’s Cross Country Again Earns USTFCCCA All-Academic Honors

Once again, Long Beach State’s women’s cross country team was named an All-Academic Team by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA). The Beach has earned the honor in 23 consecutive seasons since the award’s inception in 1997.
LONG BEACH, Calif. – The Long Beach State women's cross country program earned All-Academic Team status from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA), continuing the Beach's legacy of reaching that honor on an annual basis.
In every year since the award's inception in 1997, Long Beach State has been among the teams recognized as All-Academic from across the country.
In order to receive All-Academic status, teams are required to maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
