Women’s Golf Individuals Set For Wyoming Cowgirl Desert Intercollegiate

Three players will make their 2019-20 debuts this weekend.

LONG BEACH, Calif. – Long Beach State women's golf will see three more players make their season or collegiate debuts this weekend as sophomore Morgan Polley and freshmen Chloe Carraway and Vanessa Richiani will compete as individuals at the Wyoming Cowgirl Desert Intercollegiate.

                The field will consist of 11 teams in addition to the Beach trio and have a distinctly Big West flavor with Cal Poly, Cal State Fullerton, CSUN, UC Riverside and Hawai'i among the teams joining hosts Wyoming at The Classic Club in Palm Desert, Calif.

                For sophomore Morgan Polley, the tournament marks her fourth as an individual for LBSU, while Carraway and Richiani will be making their collegiate debuts.

                Play begins at 7:30 a.m on Saturday, September 28 with two rounds before a final round being completed on Sunday. Follow live scoring throughout the tournament at http://www.golfstat.com.
