Women’s Golf Co-Hosts Rebel Beach Invitational Starting Monday in Vegas

Long Beach State is out in Las Vegas for the two-day Rebel Beach Invitational, co-hosted with UNLV at Spanish Trail Country Club. The 16-team tournament gets underway with the first two rounds of the event on Monday with an 8 a.m. shotgun start.
LAS VEGAS -- Beach Women's Golf will be playing its first traditional team tournament of the spring season this coming Monday and Tuesday in Las Vegas, co-hosting the Rebel Beach Invitational with UNLV. The event welcomes 16 teams to Spanish Trail Country Club in Las Vegas, with 36 holes to be played on Monday and the final round on Tuesday. Each day will begin with an 8 a.m. shotgun start on the Par 72 course.
Along with the hosts, Long Beach State and UNLV, other teams participating will be Arizona, BYU, Charlotte, Colorado, Colorado State, Fresno State, Nevada, New Mexico, New Mexico State, Northern Arizona, Oregon, San Jose State, UC Irvine, and Virginia.
The Beach lineup will feature junior Euna Pak at the top, followed by junior Holland Shourds, senior Cara Barker, freshman Hunter Pate, and junior Maria Davis. Haley Tygret, Hannah Ko, Hannah Son, and Morgan Polley will compete as individuals for the Beach this week.
