Long Beach State Cross Country Programs Earn All-Academic Honors

Both men's and women's teams earn All-Academic honors for the 2018 season.
Long Beach, CALIF. – Long Beach State's men's and women's cross country were once again recognized for their success in the classroom, each earning USTFCCAA All-Academic Team honors.
The award, presented annually since 1997, is given to any of the 361 Division I programs who as a team carry a cumulative GPA of over 3.00.
The Beach was one of only three Big West schools to have both men and women's teams exceed the criteria of having at least a 3.00 cumulative team GPA.
Long Beach State's women's cross country program has received All-Academic Team honors in every year since the founding of the award, now 22 consecutive seasons. The men's team has now been honored in seven straight seasons.
