The Beach will welcome in competitors from Idaho, New Mexico, and UC Irvine in a four-way individual scoring match on Monday, Jan. 28 at Mission Hills Country Club in Rancho Mirage, Calif.

LONG BEACH, Calif. -- Long Beach State women's golf opens its spring season on Monday at Mission Hills Country Club in Rancho Mirage, Calif., hosting the Mission Hills Invitational. The Beach will face off with opposition from three other schools—Idaho, New Mexico, and UC Irvine—in a four-way competition with individual scoring only.

Tee times begin at 10:54 a.m., with the final foursome teeing off at 11:30. Long Beach State will begin play at 11:12 a.m. with the all-Long Beach State group of Haley Tygret, Hannah Son, Morgan Polley, and Breann Fox. From there, the Beach will pair off with Euna Pak and Hannah Ko starting their round at 11:18, Holland Shourds and Hunter Pate starting at 11:24, then Cara Baker and Maria Davis teeing off at 11:30.

The Mission Hills Invitational is a one-day event, and the first of three straight events either hosted or co-hosted by Long Beach State over the next month.
