Beach Water Polo Hosts Annual Alumni Matches

Alumni Day is coming quickly, and the men and women's water polo programs welcome all to come down and participate in the fun activities planned.
The annual alumni matches are taking place on Saturday, Oct. 17 after No. 7 men's water polo hosts UC Santa Barbara at noon. The women's alumni game starts at 1:30 p.m., and the men's alumni game at 3 p.m.
Along with the opportunity to reunite with former teammates, there will be a ticket package for water polo alumni that include:
- Ticket to the men's water polo match against UCSB
- BBQ dinner in the Ukleja Athletics Suite in the Walter Pyramid for a post-game reunion
- Ticket to the women's volleyball match against Cal State Northridge at 7 p.m.
The package is $30 per person, and if purchased on or before Oct. 8, that person will receive a t-shirt. The ticket package is available for purchase at csulb.edu/athleticsevents.
All alumni wishing to just play in the match and not purchase the package are welcome to RSVP to Liz Grimes at liz.grimes@csulb.edu.
Men's water polo will return to action the following week against Whittier College on Oct. 22 at 7 p.m.
