Long Beach, Calif. - Having already cancelled the three games on campus, heavy rains in Southern California have also forced the cancellation of the three evening games in the Louisville Slugger Invitational at Mayfair Park, including the 7 p.m. game featuring Long Beach State and UCLA.
Action in the Louisville Slugger Invitational is scheduled to continue Saturday, with five games at Mayfair Park beginning at 9 a.m., along with two games scheduled in the morning at the 49er Softball Complex, also beginning at 9 a.m.
