First Three Games Friday Cancelled At Louisville Slugger Invitational

Long Beach, Calif. - Heavy rains overnight have forced the cancellation of the first three games of the Louisville Slugger Invitational Friday, all scheduled to be played at the 49er Softball Complex.

Affected games include Oregon State vs. Illinois, Oregon State vs. UC Santa Barbara, and Ilinois vs. Utah Valley.

A determination about the status of the games at Mayfair Park, scheduled to begin at 2 p.m., will be made later in the day. Long Beach State is scheduled to play in those three games, facing UCLA at 7 p.m.
