49ers Travel To Pacific For Big West Tournament

Long Beach, Calif. - Women's Water Polo enters the postseason this weekend, traveling to Stockton, Calif. to play in the Big West Tournament hosted by Pacific. The 49ers first match will be on Friday, April 24.

Long Beach State, losing a coin-flip after tying for fourth place in league play will play UC Irvine in the first-round on Friday, April 24 as the No. 6 seed taking on the No. 3 seed on the second match of the day, beginning at 5:45 p.m.

The winner of that match will continue on to play the following day against No. 2 UC Davis, again at 5:45 p.m., while the loser will wait until Sunday to play in the fifth-place match at 11 a.m.
