High School: A multi-sport athlete, played basketball while also competing in track and field and was on the cheer team at East Valley High School … Owns her high school’s record in the 300m hurdles … As a senior, she was first-team All-League for sprints, hurdles, and jumps … She won the league title for the 100m hurdles, 300m hurdles, 200m, and long jump in her final high school season … Also won the 100m hurdles and long jump championships in her junior year … Named freshman MVP and sprints MVP in her first year of high school … Owns prep-bests of 17-6 1/2 in long jump, 15.61 in 100m hurdles, 46.71 in 300m hurdles, and 26.23 in the 200m … Was also a part of the National Honor Society … Took courses at a community college while still in high school, earning Dean’s List and President’s List every quarter.
