Sarah Carrasco returns to the Beach in 2017 as the Assistant to the Director of Athletics. This marks Sarah's fourth year in the Athletic Department, having previously worked as the Team Manager and Director of Operations for the softball program. A three-time All-Big West selection with the 49ers, Carrasco played a variety of positions, starting at catcher, first base, and both corner outfield spots while also spending time as the designated player. She is a recent Long Beach State alumna, having completed her master's degree in sport management last May.
