Hansard in his second year with the Dirtbags after joining the staff for the 2021 season.
As the team manager, he has a lot of day-to-day responsibilities both on and off the field such as field maintenance, equipment management, as well as analytics for the team.
A psychology major, Hansard is in his third year academically at Long Beach State. He hopes to continue working in baseball in the operations side of the game.
