Summer League: Played catcher/outfield for the Alaska Goldpaners in the 2004 Alaska Summer League... batted .283 over 99 AB’s in 36 games with 28 hits, 12 runs and 17 RBIs... also produced two doubles... walked 13 times and had a .992 fielding percentage.

2005 (Juinor): Reserve outfielder played in 30 games with 21 starts, batting .277 with 2 runs, seven doubles and 14 RBI ... had a .344 on-base percentage... started 10 times in right field and 11 more times at designated hitter... ignited his Division-I career going 2-for-5 with two doubles, two RBI and two runs at Arizona State in the season opening weekend on January 30, producing six multi-hit games on the season... went 2-for-5 with an RBI double at USC on February 13... went 2-for-4 in game two and 3-for-6 with two RBI and a double in two games against Cal on February 20... went 2-for-4 with an RBI against CS Northridge on April 17... scored three runs at Pacific on April 22, in a game that included four walks (one away from the record set by Jason Giambi)... got hits in all three games of the CS Fullerton series at the end of the year, batting 5-for-9.

Prior to LBSU: A two-year starter at catcher and outfield at Saddleback College, led the team in hitting at the state tournament, batting .667 with a .700 on-base percentage… batted .478 for the entire 2004 post-season, which included two homers, three doubles, nine runs and seven RBI for the JUCO State Champions… SC was a state runner-up in 2003… batted .356 with 57 hits, nine homers, 11 doubles and 35 RBI as a sophomore… average included a .606 slugging percentage and a .440 on-base percentage… as a freshman batted .300 with three homers and 10 doubles, which included 21 RBI and 38 runs… had a .431 slugging percentage and a .411 on-base percentage… had 22 walks.

High School: A four-year letterman for the Tigers… had a career average of .424, earning all-league honors three times at catcher… named All-CIF and All-County as a senior… also named team MVP twice and was a two-time captain… also earned three letters in football at linebacker and tight end, earning first team all-league honors at linebacker… Tigers were CIF runners-up in 2000… was a co-captain as a senior.
