Summer League/MLB: Named All-League of the Alaska Summer League in 2003, batting .344 with 17 runs and 19 RBIs... had 11 doubles and three homers over 35 games for the Anchorage Glacier Pilots... batted .200 in 18 games for the Peninsula Pilots of the Coastal Plains Summer League in 2002.

2003 (Freshman): Honorable Mention All-Big West... freshman All-American by Collegiate Baseball... led team in slugging with a .536 percentage along with a team-best seven homers... drove in 33 runs, third-best on the team... also had six doubles and two triples and scored 27 runs, batting .333, second on the team... started 38 of 51 games, starting 11 games at designated hitter and 27 in left... 12 multi-hit games... ranked sixth in the Big West in homers... had a 15-game hit streak from April 8 to May 10... hit safely in 21 of 22 games to end the regular season... pinch-hit homer in the ninth at Pacific on May 2 set LBSU’s single-game record for homers (7)... had a torrid April, hitting .357... hit the game-tying pinch-hit homer at UCLA on April 8... went 4-for-8 with two homers and six RBI at UC Santa Barbara in late April, hitting a three-run homer on Friday, a solo homer on Saturday and a pinch-hit two-run single along with an intentional walk on Sunday... went 3-for-4 with two doubles, including an RBI single and an RBI double... had two hits against Cal Poly and CS Northridge... went 2-for-4 with two RBI in season opener against Arizona State... pinch-hit RBI double in ninth against LMU on April 1... went 3-for-4 with four RBI and two runs, including two homers at Wichita State on March 16.

High School: Three-sport athlete who lettered three years in baseball, two years in football and one in basketball at Rio Americano High School... named All-League in all three sports... named All-City and All-State in baseball... batted .463 with 35 RBI, and set school-records with eight homers and 41 hits as a senior... batted .400 with a school-record 41 RBI as a junior and .350 with 30 RBI as a sophomore... baseball team won the Capital Athletic League title in 2000.
