2008 (Junior): Tied for second on the team in appearances (26) with Nick Vincent ... Went 3-1 with a 3.58 ERA and a save and was part of two combined shutouts ... Struck out 26 in 27.2 innings ... Opponents batted .243 against hitm.

Summer League: Went 5-2 with a 2.32 ERA for Green Bay in the Northwoods Summer League in 2007... appeared in 14 games with nine starts, throwing 66.0 innings giving up 49 hits with 59 strikeotus and 18 walks... opponents batted .182 against him.

2007 (Sophomore): Valuable reliever in his first season at LBSU, going 4-1 with a 2.92 ERA out of 28 games out of the bullpen... tossed 37.0 innings, allowing 38 hits, striking out 34 and walking 12... had a .271 opponent batting average... picked up his first Division-I win at UCLA on March 13 with 1.2 shutout innings... posted a 1.90 ERA over his first 16 appearances through April 20... moved to the team's setup role on April 26, going 3-0 with a 2.70 ERA over his first 19 appearances through the end of April... only loss came at CS Fullerton on May 25 with one run over 2.2 innings... came back two days later to get the win in 1.1 innings of work.

Prior to LBSU: Spent the 2006 season at Washington State, appearing in two games for the Cougars, giving up six runs (five earned) over 2.0 innings.... in the season opener, struck out two over East Tennessee State in one inning.

High School: A Three-sport athlete earned three letters in baseball and football and one in basketball for Eastside Catholic High School... named the Metro League MVP and earned first team honors after going 11-1 with an 0.88 ERA... struck out 83 in 67 innings earning first team all-state honors by the Seattle Times and the King County Journal... as a junior went 9-2 with a 1.10 ERA earning All-King County first team honors... also was an all-league quarterback earning honorable mention all-state honors his senior year.

Personal: Son of Tim and Karen Roberts... uncle, Mark, played basketball at Seattle University, while mother, Karen, played field hockey at West Virginia... majoring in communications.
