2014 (Senior): Became the Dirtbags everyday center fielder, starting 45 games in center and appearing in 51 ... hit .253 with five doubles, two triples and 26 runs scored ... started in the leadoff spot in 33 games ... also stole nine bases in 14 attempts and made just one error for a .992 fielding percentage ... picked a good time for his first hit of the season by hitting an RBI double and RBI triple at Arizona to lift the Dirtbags to a 3-2 win (3/4) ... had four consecutive games with an RBI after driving in a run in each game of the Utah Valley series on Mar. 7-9 ... had a pinch hit single and scored in the winning run on a passed ball in the ninth inning against Indiana (3/14) ... was 2-for-4 on Sunday against Indiana and 3-for-4 in his next start at Cal State Fullerton (3/21) ... was 2-for-3 in a midweek game at UCLA (3/25) ... went 2-for-5 at CSUN (3/29) before hitting a small slide...broke out of the slump with a four-game hit streak from Apr. 11-17 with one hit in each game ... scored twice in the Dirtbags upset of Cal Poly (4/26) ... scored twice more in a rout of Pepperdine (4/30) ... had another three-hit game against Cal State Fullerton, going 3-fo-4 with an RBI and a run scored in a win over CSUF (5/3) ... had a season-long seven-game hit streak from May 10-22 to help the Dirtbags make a postseason push ... scored in six of those games during the hit streak ... went 3-for-4 with an RBI and two doubles against San Diego (5/13) ... capped the streak with a 2-for-4 night against UC Irvine (5/22) ... went 1-for-4 and scored twice with and RBI in the Dirtbags elimination game win over North Carolina (6/1).
2013 (Junior): Played in 46 games, making 36 starts ... all 36 starts came in center field ... hit .162 on the year but had a .333 on-base percentage after drawing 14 walks and being hit by a pitch 13 times ... also swiped six bases in 10 attempts ...posted a .982 fielding percentage, making just two errors ... went 1-for-4 and scored a run in his first start of the season at Vanderbilt (2/16) ... reached base four times the next day by drawing three walks and was hit by a pitch (2/17) ... scored a season-high three runs against Valparaiso (2/22) without recording a hit - he drew a walk and was hit by a pitch ... went 1-for 4 in the next game against Valpo (2/23) and 1-for-3 the day after that (2/24) ... broke out of a slump at Pacific (4/6) by going 3-for-4 with a pair of doubles and two RBI ... smashed another double the next game at Pacific (4/7) ... had a multi-hit performance against UC Davis (4/13) while driving in a run and scoring another ... went 1-for-3 with an RBI at UC Santa Barbara (4/21) ... drove in two runs and scored another while going 1-for-3 with a walk against Cal Poly (4/26) ... drove in a run at Pepperdine (5/7) ... went 1-for-4 with a pair of RBIs against UC Riverside (5/19) ... ended the season with a pinch hit RBI triple in the final at UC Irvine (5/25).
Prior To LBSU: A two-year starter at Consumnes River College in Sacramento, Calif. ... Hit .292 with 17 stolen bases and seven triples as a freshman in 2011 ... Picked for the junior college All-Star Game in that season ... Hit .272 as a sophomore with 28 RBI, 29 stolen bases, and a .412 OBP ... A second-team All-Conference selection, as well as a Rawlings Gold Glove Defense winner with no errors as a sophomore .... Walked 21 times with just 11 strikeouts.
