2014 (Freshman): Made seven appearances on the mound with three midweek starts ... tossed 26 innings as a true freshman despite not taking the mound after Apr. 8 ... posted a 1-3 record with a 5.19 ERA ... went 4.1 strong innings against Vanderbilt in his first relief appearance (2/15) with three strikeouts and allowing just three hits ... made his first college start against USC (2/25) and limited the Trojans to one run on five hits through seven innings but did not get the decision ... went six innings at Arizona during his next start an allowed two runs on four hits to pick up his first win (3/5) ... made his final start at LMU (3/18) but went 2.2 innings while allowing four runs for his first loss ... allowed a run in three innings out of the bullpen at UCLA (3/25) but was charged with the loss in a narrow defeat ... gave up eight runs over his final two outings before missing the end of the season.
