2021 (Junior): Made just seven appearances, five starts battling injury most of the season … Went 2-for-4 with a double and a pair of RBI on April 9 against Cal Poly.
2020: 2020 season shortened due to COVID-19 pandemic (granted extra season of eligibility) … Made 13 starts in 15 appearances, primarily at third base… Finishes the shortened season with eight hits and five walks … Had a season-high three hits, one RBI, one double, one walk and scored one run against Cal (Feb. 16).
2019 (Sophomore): Made 49 starts and made 50 appearances, with 25 starts coming at shortstop and 24 at third base … Collected 36 hits and scored 17 runs … Recorded the first of his nine multi-hit games of the season at Florida (Feb. 16) … Went 2-for-4 with a pair of runs scored against TCU (Mar. 9) … Collected a season-high three hits at UC Davis (Apr. 26) … Stole a base in three consecutive games from Apr. 30-May 4, his only three steals of the season … Ended the season with a solid series against Hawai’i, scoring at least once in all three games while going 2-for-4 with a pair of runs and a double in the season finale.
2018 (Freshman): Started 52 games, with 51 of those starts at shortstop and one at second base … Led the team with 30 walks drawn, for an on-base percentage of .344 … Scored 21 runs, collected 10 RBIs and had seven sacrifice bunts … Started the season opener (Feb. 16) at second base and went 1/4 with a run scored in a win over St. Mary’s … Made his first appearance at shortstop on Feb. 24 at TCU, replacing the injured Laine Huffman, then started the final 52 games at short … Had a pair of RBIs in his first start at short, Feb. 25 at TCU … Had his first multi-hit game on Mar. 16 vs. Tulane, going 2/4 while driving in a pair of runs and scoring another … Scored four times in a win over Tulane on Mar. 17, reaching all four times he came to the plate thanks to a double, two walks and a hit by pitch … Scored three times in LBSU’s win at Fresno State on Mar. 29.
High School: A three-year letterwinner for Eastlake High School, playing for head coach David Gallegos ... Won the Metro Mesa League championship all three seasons on varsity and served as a team captain as a senior ... Won the CIF-San Diego Section Open Division Championship in 2017, after finishing as the runner-up in both 2015 and 2016 ... ... Eastlake was ranked No. 3 nationally and No. 1 in the State by USA Today after the 2017 season ... Named to CIF All-Academic Team in 2016 and 2017 ...
