2021 (Sophomore): Set a PR in the 3000m Steeplechase at the Big West Outdoor Championships with a time of 9:31.27 … Ran a season-best 4:06.66 in the 1500m at the UCR Distance Invitational.
Indoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19.
2020: Won the steeplechase at the Beach Opener (9:38.54) before the season was canceled due to COVID-19.
Indoor: Did not compete.
2019 (Freshman): Was a point scorer at the Big West Championships in the 3000m Steeplechase after finishing ninth with a time of 9:35.86 … Competed at the Steve Scott Invitational in the 1500m and ran a season-best of 4:02.22.
Indoor: Did not compete.
Prior to LBSU: Sat out the 2018 season as a redshirt in the Nebraska program.
High School: Competed in the 800m, 1600m, and 3200m.at Great Oak High School.. Ran prep-best times of 1:56 in the 800m, 4:23 in the 1600m, and 9:16 in the 3200m... Was named All-State his junior year.
