Outdoor: Granted a medical redshirt after competing in one race.
Indoor: Clocked in at 17:33.64 at the Ben Brown Invitational ... Ran the 3000m during the indoor campaign ... Established the eighth-fastest time in school history at 10:04.21 at the Flotrack Husky Classic ... Named to the MPSF All-Academic Team.
2010 (Sophomore):
Outdoor: Competed in the 10000m run at the NCAA West Preliminaries and the Big West Championships ... Won the 5000m at the Steve Scott Invitational (17:41.41) ... Registered a lifetime-best 17:08.88 at the Mt. SAC Relays ... That mark ranks ninth on the 49er all-time charts ... Finished fifth in the 3000m with a personal-record 10:07.25 at the Big West Challenge ... Ran the second-fastest 10000m time in school history at the Stanford Invitational (35:22.06).

Indoor: Established a season-best 10:34.14 for a fourth-place showing in the 3000m at the Triton Invitational.
High School: Competed in cross country and track at Vista High School ... Helped the Panthers to three Avocado League titles and a pair of runner-up finishes in the CIF finals ... All-league performer in the 1600m and 3200m as a junior and senior ... Also led the cross country squad to three league championships and an appearance in the state finals ... Three-time all-league selection ... Earned first-team All-CIF and second-team all-state honors as a senior.
