Women’s Golf Remains In Fifth Place Through Two Rounds In Japan

The final round of the Pan-Pacific University Golf Super League will be held tomorrow.
MISHIMA, Japan – Senior Erin Lee remains in the Top 10 in the Pan-Pacific University Golf Super League after the second day, as the Beach competes internationally in Japan.
After a first round 71, Lee followed with a second round 73, and is now two-over par for the tournament in a tie for seventh place. Also shooting 73 on Thursday was sophomore Kailey Yoon, who climbed into a tie for 22nd place overall while matching the best score of the day for LBSU.
Junior transfer Kylie Phi continued to impress in her first tournament at LBSU, following up her opening round 72 with a 74, remaining in the Top 20 in a tie for 14th overall with one round to play in the 12-team field. Senior Alyson Sor also shot a 74 on Thursday, while Emma Kang had the team's drop score.
Hosts Nihon University continue to lead the competition, with Nagi Kuramochi and Kaho Fujiwara leading the individual competition as the only two players under par. TCU climbed into second place, while San Jose State and St. Andrews are tied for third, six strokes in front of Long Beach State.
