Gohm finished the tournament -4 as the teams completed rounds two and three Saturday.
ALBUQUERQUE – Junior Norwin Gohm finished off the William H. Tucker Invitational with two rounds of 73 after Friday's 66, recording the third Top 20 finish of his career.
Final Results
Gohm wrapped up his second round with a 73, and matched that score in the final round Saturday with four birdies in the round. Sophomore Emil Albers had just best round in his brief time at Long Beach State, an even par 72 to lead the team in the third, while Jaden Huggins tied Gohm with a 73 to close the tournament. Krishnav Chopraa and Bruce MacDonald each shot 77 in the third for the Beach.
The team finished the tournament in 13th place, finishing in front of Missouri and SMU. The team's road trip continues with a second tournament as the Beach will take part in the Mark Simpson Colorado Invitational. That tournament is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, September 29.
