RANCHO SANTA FE, Calif. – Freshman Bruce MacDonald finished in a tie for 11th place as an individual, highlighting the Long Beach State efforts as the Vuori Invitational came to a close on Tuesday.

Final Results

Both senior Krishnav Chopraa and junior Norwin Gohm shot a one-over par 72 on Tuesday, and each finished in the Top 20 overall. Chopraa's +4 was good for a tie for 16th, while Gohm tied for 20th among the 75 competing golfers.

Freshman Hanks Wang had his best round of the tournament with a 73, while Jaden Huggins had the day's other counting score of a 65, closing the tournament in a tie for 36th overall. Emil Albers finished +12 in his first tournament at the Beach with a final day 76.

Long Beach State climbed two placed on the final day, and finished in eighth place overall among the 12 competing teams. The Beach will next be in action on September 25-26, returning to the William H. Tucker Invitational hosted by New Mexico.
