Senior Madison Le In Top 10 After Two Rounds At Wyoming Cowgirl Classic

Le shot her best round of the year, a four-under 68 to climb into the Top 10.
MARICOPA, Ariz. – With a bogey-free 68 in the second round, senior Madison Le climbed into the Top 10 among 116 golfers at the Wyoming Cowgirl Classic in Arizona.
Day One Results
Le dominated the par fives, picking up a birdie on three of four in the second round on the way to a four-under 68, the best round of the season for the senior and one that matched her career low. Combining that with a solid 74 in the first round, Le was one of 11 golfers to finish the day in the red and tied for 10th overall.
Junior Alyson Sor also had a strong second round, matching four bogeys with four birdies to close the day with a 72. Freshman Kailey Yoon tied with Le for the team's best score in the opening round with a 74, and shot another 74 in the second round to finish the day with the team's second-best score of +4.
Sor rebounded from having the team's drop score in the opening round, while Emma Kang had the team's low score in the second. Freshman Chloe Park had a counting score in both rounds, her best coming in the second with a +5 77.
Erin Lee, playing as an individual, had a second round 75 to hold in a tie for 78th after the first two rounds.
