Costa came away with First Team honors in both singles and doubles along with her Freshman of the Year selection after an outstanding season. Costa went 24-12 overall on the season in singles as well as posting a 16-6 overall record in singles in dual matches, going 15-4 on the year in the second flight.
Partnered with junior Paulina Franco Martinessi, the duo also earned First Team All-Big West honors in doubles. Playing in the top flight, the pair went 3-0 on the year in dual matches at the top flight, and were 8-3 overall on the season.
Freshman Diana De Simone also earned First Team All-Big West honors in her first season at the Beach. De Sminoe went 22-12 overall on the season in singles and competed primarily in the top flight for Long Beach State, going 9-9 in dual matches.
