Long Beach State Softball Announces Summer Camp And Clinic Information

The Big West champs will offer summer camps, showcases and clinics through June and July.
Softball camps with Big West Coach of the Year Kim Sowder and the Big West champions Long Beach State Softball are once again available this summer for all ages through a variety of options, including kids summer camps, clinics and showcase camps.
We emphasize fundamentals in throwing, hitting,bunting, field mechanics, outfield play, base-running, pitching, and catching. Afternoon scrimmages help each participant develop new skills and elevate their level of play. The camp prides itself in hands on instruction and making the Long Beach State Softball Camp an enjoyable and rewarding experience. Our camps are staffed by Long Beach State Softball coaches and players. We pride ourselves in playing the game the right way. It is this philosophy and tradition that has led Long Beach State to be one of the top college softball programs in the country.
Our kids camps are available for any and all participants ages 6-13 (8th grade and younger), while our clinics are available for HS classes of 2023-2029, and our showcases are focused for graduates from the 2024-2027 classes and current community college aged players, tailoring specific instruction to meet experience and age levels.
