Long Beach State Is At 2-Under Par After Round Two Of The Badger Invitational

Long Beach State sits in eighth place in the competitive field, while senior Isaac Rodea leads the Beach

MADISON, Wisc. – Senior Isaac Rodea continues to lead the Beach in the Badger Invitational after two rounds. He recorded an eagle on the second hole to start the round. Rodea is currently 1-under par, which is good for top 20. He is six strokes behind the leader.
 
Long Beach State is currently in eighth place after a tough second round. The team is 2-under par heading into the final round.
 
Florida Gulf Coast continues to lead the field at 16-under par. Nebraska holds sole second place after shooting 11-under, followed by Middle Tennessee, who is at 10-under for the tournament.
 
Sophomore Jaden Huggins and junior Charlie Forster are tied for 27th after the second round. They are at even par for the tournament. Forster shot four birdies in a row to start his round today.
 
Rounding out the rest of the Beach, senior Clay Seeber is at 1-over par, while junior Steen Zeman sits at 5-over par.
 
Sophomore Alejandro de Castro Piera, who is competing as an individual, finished the tournament at 10-over par, good for 12th place amongst others competing as individuals.
