Charlie Forster Finishes In The Top 15 On Final Day Of Oregon State Invitational

Long Beach State finishes 10th in the last tournament of the fall season.
CORVALLIS, Ore. – Junior Charlie Forster continued his strong tournament performance in the final round of the Oregon State Invitational. Forster shot a 75 in his round today to help him secure a tie for 11th place after finishing the tournament at 3-over par, seven strokes behind the leader.
No. 45 Long Beach competed against a highly-ranked field and would finish in 10th place after shooting 33-over par for the tournament to end the fall season. The Beach finished in the top 10 in all four of their fall season tournaments.
Host No. 51 Oregon State would go on to win the tournament after shooting 3-over par. No. 56 Washington State finished in second place at 9-over par, while No. 83 Arkansas State finished in third at 16-over.
Senior Clay Seeber finished his round today at 6-over par, bringing his tournament total to 9-over par and in a tie for 32nd.
Sophomore Jaden Huggins climbed 13 spots on the leaderboard in the final round today to bring his tournament score to 11-over par.
Senior Isaac Rodea would finish the tournament at 13-over par, while sophomore Jack Cantaly would finish one stroke behind Rodea at 14-over.
The Beach will be back in action to start their spring season on Thursday, February 15 as they are set to compete in the John Burns Intercollegiate hosted by Hawaii.
